Question 2

How do plan upgrades and downgrades work?

Upgrades are instant: you are charged through the enabled payment gateway, a new billing period starts immediately and your new limits apply on the spot. Downgrades never cut a paid period short — the switch is scheduled for the end of the period you already paid for, and 'Keep this plan' cancels a scheduled switch any time before that date.

Will I be charged automatically every month?

Accepted Answer

Only if auto-renew is on (the default for paid plans). Auto-renew charges the same plan at period end and rolls your billing date forward. Turn the toggle off on the Plans & billing modal (Overview → Manage plan) and your plan simply runs until the period ends, then your workspace moves to Free — with all your data intact.

Do promo codes work?

Accepted Answer

Yes — enter a code in the checkout dialog and press Apply; the discount is validated and shown before you confirm (for example WELCOME20 gives 20% off your first charge). Trial codes like TRIAL7 start a zero-charge 7-day trial instead. Promo discounts apply to the first charge; renewals bill at the normal price.

What payment methods can I use?

Whatever your administrator has enabled in the control panel — typically Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay), PayPal, Razorpay (UPI, netbanking) or manual bank transfer with printed instructions. The checkout dialog shows every available gateway with its mode (test/live) and preselects the account default.
